The leading Italian pet retailer Arcaplanet expects to reach 360 outlets by the end of the year. The company also continues to invest in marketing and communication, both on the brand and on promotions and products, with TV and press campaigns that went on air until the end of July for a total investment of over 3.5 mio euros.
Arcaplanet, which has a workforce of over 2 000 direct employees in total, is a part of the private equity firm Permira. The company has recently acquired competitor Zoodom Italy with its 15 stores and about 60 direct employees.
