Oase Living Water (Hörstel, Germany) has taken over the US company Atlantic Water Gardens (Mantua, Ohio). Both sides have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. Atlantic Water Gardens is one of the leading providers of water garden products in North America for professional users.
As a member of the Oase group, the opportunity is now opened up for the company to be able to present itself to a more international audience. In turn, the offers of the "Oase Pro" series are to find improved access to garden and landscape gardeners in the USA, Canada and Mexico.
