S&K Label becomes Coveris Brno

Coveris announces the full integration of S&K Label, Czech Republic, into the Coveris Group. The acquisition in the Czech Republic is Coveris' third acquisition in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and the first acquisition of a label business outside the UK. This milestone is an important step in Coveris' strategy to expand in the CEE region.

As one of the most technologically advanced manufacturers in the region, Coveris Brno is now able to provide innovative and sustainable packaging solutions, according to the press release. The company's largest markets include the food and beverage, chemical, cosmetics and toy industries.

The integration into the global Coveris network provides an opportunity for knowledge sharing between the Czech Republic and the UK. Miroslav Vrba, Managing Director of Coveris Brno, commented on the integration: "For our customers in the Czech Republic, this move underlines our commitment to delivering innovative, sustainable and locally tailored labelling solutions."
