New trends in the Italian non-food pet market

Dogs are the main target market in the Italian non-food pet market. Dog leads are the product with the highest sales (43.6 per cent), followed by pet clothing (28 per cent), with high-level products driving sales in the pet shops that focus on non-food products. This is the result of a survey undertaken by the organisers of Zoomark International.

 The survey, which covers pet shops, highlights their changing role and presents the products driving non-food pet marketing.
