We offer a bespoke design, sourcing and manufacturing service out of China. Whilst HL Cooper International Limited commenced trading in 1999, Howard Cooper the M.D. has over twenty years experience of making and sourcing products from China. We have offices in Hong Kong, Zhongshan in Guangdong Province and Shanghai. These offices are staffed by UK trained Chinese Graduates who take care of local QC, pre-delivery inspection and local logistics. Our UK staff are in China every month visiting all the factories that we are working with.

With several clients we undertake their New Product Development. Our UK design graduates develop the product from concept through to production.
