The Tennessee pet products supplier has appointed the former CEO of Unilever Thailand to lead the company’s growth and implement its expansion strategy.
Candelino, who graduated with a bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Guelph (Canada), has 25 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Innovation, Strategy, and General Management positions.
In his new role, effective from May 16th, he will focus on expanding the company's portfolio into new international markets and enhancing the marketing, merchandising, and distribution strategies.
“He understands Radio Systems' fun, highly engaged, and collaborative culture, and he has the right temperament and leadership style to nurture and lead high performing teams that will help Radio Systems provide pet health and safety products to even more customers worldwide,” commented the Chair of the Board of Directors John Compton.
Candelino will succeed Willie Wallace. He retired after 27 years at Radio Systems, the last seven serving as the company's CEO.
Radio Systems was founded in 1991 and it is currently selling its products for dogs and cats in over 52 countries.
