The executive committee of the German industrial association for pet-supplies (Industrieverband Heimtierbedarf, IVH) has been confirmed in elections. Changes took place in the wider board, however, as well as on the advisory board. Georg Müller (Interquell) was re-elected as chairman. Also confirmed in their posts were Dr Nicole Rabehl (Vitakraft) as deputy chairwoman and chairwoman of the animal nutrition department, and Dr Gerd Großheider (Gimborn) as deputy chairman and also chairman of the consumer goods department.
The other board members Roland Böhme (JBL), Thomas Neumann (Saturn Petcare) and Dirk Wellen (Rondo Food) were re-elected. New additions to the wider board were Barbara Bajorat (Mars) and Hubert Wieser (Nestlé Purina Petcare).
Alexander Gerards (Dr.Clauder), Joachim Kniest (Beaphar), Jannis Seemann (Juwel Aquarium) and Dr Jürgen Wigger (Bewital) were confirmed as members of the advisory board. A new appointee was Felix Vos (Mera).
Stephan Hoose (Josera) and Martin Sprenger (Herm. Sprenger) will each serve as IVH auditors in future.
