Entrepreneur has released its rankings of the top global franchisees, rating Petland #20, up from #32 last year and #190 in 2016. Earlier this year, Petland ranked 209 overall in the Entrepreneur magazine's 38th Annual Franchise 500, a ranking of North American franchises.
The company states that the international growth at Petland has been at a record high, with Petland Brazil opening its 64th location this month and Petland Mexico opening its 7th and 8th this year. Petland master franchisees in Saudi Arabia are planning the opening of their first location in September.
