The Nestlé Group has presented its sales figures for the first half of 2015. These show that the group’s organic growth in the first six months of 2015 was 4.5 per cent, made up of 1.7 per cent real internal growth and 2.8 per cent price adjustments. Overall sales came to CHF 42.8 bn and were influenced by a negative exchange rate effect (-5.8 per cent).
The pet division also contributed to the group’s positive sales trend. Its overall sales increased by 4.5 per cent compared with the first six months of 2014 to CHF 5.47 bn.
