FLOCOL 30 ORAL Product Description

Florfenicol

Indication

FLOCOL 30ORAL is indicated for preventive and therapeutic treatment of gastrointestinaland respiratory tract infections, caused by florfenicol sensitivemicro-organisms such as Actinobaccillus spp. Pasteurella spp. Salmonella spp.and Streptococcus spp. in swine and poultry. The presence of the disease in theherd should be established before preventive treatment. Medication should beinitiated promptly when respiratory disease is diagnosed.

Dosage

For oral administration. Theappropriate final dosage should be based on the daily water consumption.

Poultry: 1 liter per 4000 - 6000 litersof drinking water for 3 days.

Contraindications

Do not administer in cases of previoushypersensitivity to florfenicol

The use of Flocol 30 Oral duringpregnancy and lactation is not recommended.

The product should not be used orstored in galvanized metal watering systems or containers.

Withdrawal times

For meat: 7 days
