Zooplus is losing Cornelius Patt, its longstanding CEO and co-founder. A press release by the company states that Cornelius Patt and the supervisory board have agreed that he will step down from his role and his responsibilities will be handed over to a new CEO. Patt will continue in post until a successor has been determined.
The company has also announced the appointment of two new members of the supervisory board in Kate Swann (former CEO of WH Smith) and Stefan F. Heidenreich (former CEO ofn Beiersdorf). They will take up their roles with effect from 19 May.
