The Romanian specialist retail chain Animax currently operates 105 locations in its home country, making it the largest specialist retail chain in the country.
At the end of May, Animax dared to cross the border and opened its first store in Vrsac, Serbia. The store is located in the Stop Shop specialist retail centre on the northern border of the city.
Animax is part of the Pet Network Group, which also owns Pet Centar (Croatia and Serbia), Maxi Pet (Romania), Mr. Pet (Slovenia) and Maxi Pet in Bulgaria.
