Sentinel Capital Partners is seeking to sell the retailer Pet Supplies Plus. The private equity firm, which bought Pet Supplies Plus two years ago, is working with investment banks on the process.
This was reported by PE Hub, a global B2B information group focusing on private equity, private real estate, private debt, infrastructure and agri-investing.
Pet Supplies Plus was founded in 1988. Within five years, Pet Supplies Plus had grown to 30 locations. Today the retailer runs over 290 Pet Supplies Plus stores in 23 East and Midwest states.
