The British private equity firm Cinven has acquired the Hungarian pet food company Partner in Pet Food.
It was only in 2015 that Pamplona Capital Management bought Partner in Pet Food from Advent International for 315 mio euros.
Partner in Pet Food manufactures and supplies over 450 000 tonnes of pet food a year to retailers, discounters and pet shops in 38 European countries. The company has nine production plants processing moist and dry food for dogs and cats.
