Changes took place in the management team of Bosch Tiernahrung on 1 April, prompted by the departure of authorised signatory Werner Frank. Long-standing authorised signatory Gerd Kastler will assume responsibility for the commercial management including the HR and IT functions. Reinhold Habel takes charge of sales and marketing with effect from this date. The owners Wolfgang and Agathe Heim are the other members of the management. Dr Ralf Nuhn, who is responsible for the Inland private label, will also be given power of attorney. The vacancies created in the second tier of management are to be filled by other experienced company employees. Werner Frank will also retain responsibility for running the subsidiary firm Harrison Pet Products.
