Dennerle split into Dennerle Aquarienpflanzen GmbH, based in Vinningen, and Dennerle GmbH in Münchweiler.
"This decision is intended to strengthen the focus and market position of the individual companies for the respective market segments of aquatic plants and accessories," stated Dennerle GmbH.
Dennerle GmbH in Munchweiler, which is responsible for accessories, will be run by current managing director Peter Koch. Ingo Walther has been appointed managing director of Dennerle Aquarienpflanzen GmbH.
He will be supported by Sylviane Scheidler as marketing manager, who worked previously as overall marketing manager for Dennerle.
