The Dutch pet accessories specialist Beeztees has acquired the Chinese producer Best Quality Pet Products. Beeztees, which also owns the Karlie brand, announced the takeover at the Zooevent fair in Kassel.
Best Quality was established in 2002 and is based in Humen, close to Dongguan in southeast China. The company is reported to employ around 1 000 people at its 50 000 m2 factory, which manufactures items including leashes, collars, harnesses, cat furniture, pet apparel and toys for pets.
