Mix International announces the recent acquisition of Dutch Pet Products as a new subsidiary. The new alliance offers a great synergy between the two companies. Dutch Pet Products is specialised in a wide variety of packaging solutions for multiple pet products.
Mix International is convinced that this take-over enhances the company’s future growth and performance, offering their business relations more solutions for packaging Private Label products.
The acquisition will have no consequences for the staff members of both companies. Mr. John van Helden resigned as a director of Dutch Pet Products BV on 1 February 2017 and will presume the role of advisor, while Mr. Arian Linders will take over the role of director of Dutch Pet Products BV.
