The Biotechnology Research and Information Network AG and Diana Pet Food, a leading partner for performance solutions in the pet food industry and member of the Symrise Group, have announced that an important milestone has been reached in their strategic partnership in the field of cat taste science.
During the first year of their strategic collaboration, which will extend over 5 years, the partners were able to establish proliferating cat taste cells (CTC) ahead of schedule with the aim of carrying out a long-term study on the taste perception in cats, it is reported.
