The Turkish wholesale and retail company ACC/DBM Turkey has reoriented its strategy. The Istanbul-based company, which previously acted as distributor for the Eukanuba premium brand in Turkey, has had to redirect its activities following the acquisition of the brand by the Mars Group and the loss of distribution rights.
Under the concept brand Petigen the company has established a cat hotel that is unique within Turkey. A dog play park and an academy offering seminars covering all aspects of animals are other projects initiated by Petigen. It has also set up an online shop selling a wide range of pet products, especially those manufactured by the German accessories firm Trixie, along with a large showroom in which its complete product range is displayed.
