The American company Radio Systems Corporation has entered a binding agreement to acquire the Florida-based company Southern Pet Containment. The company is distributor for the Invisible Fence Brand and its customer base includes both independent and directly owned dealerships. According to the company, the takeover is expected to be completed on 31 March.
