Oase buys Geo Global Partners

Oase has acquired the American supplier of water garden products, Geo Global Partners, which is based in West Palm Beach/Florida. No details of the purchase price have been revealed by the companies. Oase says that the aim of the acquisition is to consolidate its market position in the USA. The products of Geo Global Partners are pitched primarily in the low- and medium-price segment, and Oase says it now intends to strengthen the medium-price segment in particular and add products from the premium segment to its range. Oase has been partnered step by step by Geo Global Partners in its previous activities in North America. The Fountain Technology business will continue to be overseen by the Oase subsidiary in California.
