Laroy Duvo acquires the activities of Witte Molen

An agreement was reached on the acquisition by Laroy Duvo of the activities of Witte Molen (Netherlands).

The acquisition of the activities of Witte Molen fits perfectly into the strategy and ambition of Laroy Duvo to expand internationally. With Witte Molen a strong brand is added to the assortment and it can only increase the international reputation of Laroy Duvo and its products. By combining the strengths and expertise of both companies, significant economies of scale will be realized.

The new combination of Laroy Duvo and Witte Molen will result in consolidated sales of approximately 50 million euro and a staff of 160 persons.
