Hozelock (T/O EURO95 million ($123 million) – ca. 500 persons), the British leader for watering (including garden ponds) is likely to be taken over by Exel (T/O EURO 525 million ($685 million) - 2,800 persons), a French group specialized in spraying equipments (for agriculture, industry & gardens) and a world’s supplier in this segment.
