PetSmart names Senior Vice President

PetSmart Inc., has named Paulette Dodson to the position of senior vice president, general counsel and secretary.

Dodson comes to PetSmart having recently served as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary at Sara Lee Corp. She garnered over $9 million (Euro7.3 million) in revenue while at Sara Lee, with 25,000 employees worldwide, and was the global manufacturer and marketer of Sara Lee products, as well as others.

Bob Moran, PetSmart's chairman and CEO, shared: "We are very excited to have Paulette join PetSmart. She has extensive expertise in a broad-based corporate legal support setting across multiple industries including consumer goods, and she will be a valuable addition to our leadership team."
