New owner of Dicksons'' ¡°Just Delicious¡± brand in UK

Following the recent liquidation of Dicksons Pet Food Limited based in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, and the subsequent retirement of Tony Dickson from the pet industry after many years of loyal service, Dicksons' premium dog food brand  "Just Delicious"  will now be distributed by Brookside Pet Food Limited based in Crewe.

The new owners of the Dicksons label, Jo and Peter Barratt, have also bought out all the Dicksons stock and aim to carry on with the wholesale and retail side of the former business by selling and distributing a range of well-known brands for horse, dog and small animal owners as well as bait and fish food for anglers and fishermen. They will also be selling the full range of Dicksons foods for working and active dogs, including the Active, Maintenance, Supreme and Gold varieties.

The brand is available to buy in a number of stockists across the country and the new owners promised to make contact with all current suppliers shortly, as well as looking to find many more in the months ahead.

According to its press release, Brookside Pet Food Limited will also be looking to expand its presence in the breeder market and plans are already afoot to introduce a new range of varieties to the "Just Delicious" range.
