Petmate Acquires Kennel-Aire

Wind Point Partners-backed Petmate has added on Kennel-Aire. The acquired company, which manufactures pet carriers and kennels, broadens Petmate's product lines. Petmate manufactures pet products that are sold under several different brands such as Bamboo, Booda, Dogzilla, Fat Cat and LeBistro. The company was acquired by Wind Point in January.
