Changes in the management team of Karlie

Ms. Stefanie Kropff, managing shareholder of the company Karlie, has decided to leave Karlie at the end of July 2011. Ms. Kropff has been responsible for the export and direct import departments, purchase department, product development as well as graphics and the arrangement of product assortments. Meanwhile Ms. Carina Markworth has taken on the responsibility for sales. Ms. Markworth has joined Karlie as of February 2011 and has longstanding experiences in the international sales business. All other business responsibilities already have been divided within the company. Her position as managing director will not be refilled; as of August 2011 Mr. Johannes Verhoog will be the sole CEO at the management of Karlie.
