German pet food manufacturer Seitz has added an internationally renowned scientist to its scientific advisory board. Dr Jürgen Zentek, a veterinarian and specialist in animal nutrition, is director of the Institute of Animal Nutrition at the Freie Universität Berlin.
“We want to increase our scientific expertise with regard to current pet food trends, which influence the development of our product portfolio,” said Max Graf Kerssenbrock, chairman of the executive board of the Seitz Group, with reference to the addition to the advisory board.
